Well, the day has finally come to reunite the engine with the car. The engine was removed on December 5th 1998. The engine and the car have not even been in the same garage since. Sorry if I seem a bit dramatic, as I've been waiting for this day for over 2 years.
This was taken on Saturday May 13th, 2001. The car was loaded up for a ride to the facility where I installed the engine, as I don't have room for a hoist, in my one car garage.
The pictrures below were taken late at night on May 14th 2001, after dropping in the engine.......it is bolted up and motor mounts are in. there is quite a bit of work left.
Notice the Jack in the Box antenna ball? he has been patiently sitting on the antenna... waiting........boy, is he in for a ride....

Fast forward to March of 2004...... engine has a little over 1200 miles on it... tuning is still being done....
